An audio file (MP3, WAV, etc) of your final creation.
BACKGROUND
In partnership with Universal Audio, you will get a unique opportunity to record, mix, and produce exclusive music tracks. Student teams have two weeks to work with professionally recorded audio tracks to create mix or remix based on the raw tracks using Universal Audio plugins.
Each submission will be evaluated by a panel of audio and technical engineers from Universal Audio and judged on creativity, innovation, and transformation. Teams (maximum of FIVE students) must work together to achieve a unique sonic masterpiece.
All members of the winning team will be awarded an Apollo Twin ($899), along with 3 premium Universal Audio plug-ins. The winning team will be invited to Universal Audio for a tour and lunch with the judging panel.
As a result of this challenge, you will have created a music mix to showcase your skills, gained a better understanding of how to design, mix and critique music and audio experiences, and final assets of your project that are ready for your portfolios.
